Short Story Contest

On March 8, 2023, the project was presented to the students of Epralima in Arcos de Valdevez and the seed was sown for them to reflect on the issue of gender violence.

This school year (2023–2024), in order to publicize the competition, we began by creating materials with all the necessary information about participating in and organizing the competition, including the regulations. It was then disseminated via the school’s social networks (https://www.epralima.com/website/2024/03/04/concurso-de-contos/) and shared by employees on their personal social networks.

They were given two weeks to send in their stories.

Although the students didn’t take part very much, we think it was a very important activity for them to become aware of the many situations and types of gender-based violence.
