Multipler Event In Portugal

On November 8th, at the Epralima Auditorium, in Arcos de Valdevez, the Multiplier Event of the “Schools for Gender Equity” Project took place, which was attended by 32 participants. Throughout this event, a general presentation of the project was made in terms of partnership and objectives. Particular attention was paid to the results of the project, more specifically:

• E‑BOOK: “Diagnosis on the promotion of gender equality in secondary education;
• E‑BOOK: “Tales about Gender Violence and Equity;
• Handbook for professionals: practical tools to educate about gender equity and gender-based violence through critical and creative thinking in secondary education.

We consider that this event has taken on a role of primary importance, not only for a deeper knowledge of the project and its results, but above all to raise awareness of the urgency and need to take measures to promote Gender Equality and the eradication of Gender Violence against Women, since their youth.
