Epralima teachers implement practical tools on gender equity

During the months of May and June, some of Epralima’s teachers implemented some practical tools developed as part of the “Schools for Gender Equity” project in order to assess their effectiveness in changing mentalities and creating empathetic attitudes on the part of their students.

Here is the testimony of one of the teachers responsible for implementing them.

“The tools we used in the context of gender equality were extremely important. At first, the students found it very difficult to distance themselves from the stereotypes set by society. And these tools allowed the students to reflect more deeply on the subject of gender equality. In general, the students were very committed, very interested and took an active part in all the stages of developing this tool. It was therefore very rewarding work and very important for the development of our students.”
