Project Launch: Exploring the Benefits of European Collaboration on Gender Equality

On the 26th of March 2023 the presentation of the project was made at the conference room of our school Liceul Tehnologic ”Ion Mincu” specifying the period of implementation, the partners, the project’s purpose, the objectives and the main activities to be carried out. Participating in a European project on gender equality offers a number of significant advantages. First of all, it creates the opportunity to interact and work with experienced professionals and organizations from different countries, which allows the enrichment of knowledge from different perspectives on gender equity. It offers excellent chances to expand the contact network at the European level, creating the possibility to meet people with similar interests, to make connections with professionals and experts in the field of gender equity and a stable future collaboration. It provides access to resources, tools and best practices developed by partner organizations and creates the opportunity to learn from experiences of other projects and apply them in your own field of activity. Involvement in a European project on gender equity helps to develop professional skills and specific competences. It offers the chance to work in an international environment, develop communication skills, manage projects and solve problems.
